About Physical Therapy and Myofascial Release
Catherine provides unique in-home or office concierge physical therapy care in Charlotte, North Carolina. She has 23 years of experience treating orthopedic, sports injury, and post-surgical diagnoses as well as neurologic, women's health, oncology and chronic pain conditions. In addition to traditional physical therapy care, Catherine is trained in myofascial release which is a treatment focused on the whole body to rebalance and restore. She believes in educating and empowering her clients to maximize their wellness.
What to Expect...
Catherine will arrive at your home or office. Please have a space prepared that will accommodate a six foot treatment table. Wear comfortable clothing such as shorts, tank top or sports bra. Prepare to receive wonderful holistic care uniquely for you. At the end of each session, Catherine will share practical recommendations for moving forward in your physical therapy program.
